Haydn’s career has spanned over 2 decades and has seen him spread his infectious eclectic sound across several continents around the world. In more recent years his time has been divid­ed between his summer residencies in Ibiza and his expansive tours of Australia. Haydn got a very early education in club land when he became a MINISTRY OF SOUND resident back in the mid 90’s at the age of 21. At the same time he was playing weekly gigs at the other end of the country for the legendary ALDERAAN nightclub
(sister venue to CREAM) in Liverpool after, winning a DJ mix­tape competition with ‘Eternity’ magazine.

Haydn’s next big move was when he relocated to IBIZA. Soon after, he landed regular monthly gigs at PAGHA’s iconic funky room leading to a permanent residency at CHA’s rooftop terrace playing for some of the worlds biggest brands such as ‘Defected in the House, ‘David Guetta’s F*^ K ME I’M FAMOUS ‘Vagabundos’ and many others.

Haydn’s eclectic sets soon saw him playing all over the supplying a huge expanse of different types of music and holding down further residences at Globaly recognized clubs as EL DIVINO (Ibiza Tribe), SAVANNKH, SPACE (Cafe O e & KOMITEE), NASSAU and THE ROCK BAR (Eivissa Port) her Haydn’s monthly B2B sessions with axi Jazz of Faithless went down in The Old Town’s history.

Haydn soon spread his performances across the globe playing at such Iconic venues as The Ivy (Sydney), Circus (Melbourne), Twila (New York), Pacha (Majorca) and W Hotel (Barcelona) to name just a few. In the last 6 years Haydn has also completed 2 huge tours of Australia taking in all the major cities along the East Coast. Haydn is as versatile in the studio as he is behind the decks, with signings and productions coming thick and fast since he started producing over a decade ago. Haydn has previously released music for Bloxbox Recordings, Krafted Records, Seroto­nin Digital, Ham Factory Records and most recently for the World Famous Dear Deer records. This is where Haydn had his biggest hit to date with ‘FIERCENESS’, a collaboration with Vocalist ‘Tammy Lucas’, the backing singer for Michael Jackson, A Tribe Called Quest and Pharrell. This tune reached the top 2 5 in the Beatport charts and had huge support from Marco Carola, Jamie Jones and Pharrell himself! Haydn is now working hard in the studio on his first solo 3 track E.P for Dear Deer records set to be released at the end of 2018. Hood Rich knows how to make you dance.

DJ, producer and clubland hero Jake Reid curates good times and high vibes every way he can. As a selector, he’s burned the dance floors of Elsewhere, TBC, World Bar, Groove In The Moo and supported the likes of Kill Frenzy, MK and Cut Snake at shows. As the curator of forward-thinking North Queensland club Flinders Social, he’s booked Australia’s biggest names and put together the top end’s best parties. Now, he’s marking his ground as a producer.

His remixes for Kyle Watson, DJ Zinc and Airwolf have been played by names as big as Oliver Heldens, Anna Lunoe and the Dirtybird crew, been released through cult labels like Sweat It Out & Medium Rare Recordings and had love on Australia’s most in touch radio shows. He’s even been tapped for mixes on Triple J and FBi.

His originals have started out just strong: Hood Rich’s first club jam No Type hit #1 on the Beatport house charts as part of ‘The Banquet’, while his debut single – which he describes as a “combination of garage, bass and tech house all thrown in together” – is due to arrive in early 2017 via MRR. Also in the pipeline is a remix for dance titan Tommy Trash & A-Trak on the legendary Fools Gold Records!

For Hood Rich, the vision is to create music that works as well on a dancefloor as it does through headphones. “I want my music to be something you can listen to at home, or something you can listen to over pre-drinks, or something you can play at an after-party,” he says. “I like having elements of both: it needs to be interesting enough to listen to at home, but thumping enough that it can melt faces in the club.”

For the past 15 years, self-made Scandinavian DJ, NiiNA has called Bali home and uses it as a hub to travel and play across the globe. In the world of electronic dance music, the term “Pioneer” is not gained easily. It is one you have to earn through years of breaking boundaries and taking chances with your work and skills. More specifically, in the Bangkok electronic music industry, there is a select group of artists who can rightfully put their name alongside such a tag, and one person who can carry such an accolade is Mikey Mike.

With a career stretching over 20 years as one of Thailand’s most respected names in electronic music and clubbing, Mikey is highly regarded as the driving force behind the techhouse sound that today’s Bangkok club scene is built on.

His career has seen him play to up for it crowds across the globe at some of the world’s most famous nightclubs. From holding residencies in Bangkok’s most iconic clubs and various hot spots around the globe such as the famous Bed Supperclub and Narcissus, Baby’s at the Hard Rock Hotel, Las Vegas and Decibel Club in San Francisco– this year sees him holding down new residencies at two of Bangkok’s most important house and techno clubs, Sing Sing Theater, Levels and C’est La Vie. Add to that list his numerous guest appearances in Bali Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Switzerland and throughout the globe. It’s clear to see that Mikey Mike is a world-class powerhouse DJ and artist.

Inspired by the sounds of his tough-talking DJ sets, his sound has been rejuvenated of late by deep house, house and techno. Have a listen to his DJ mixes where loops, FX and samples are intricately laced with exceptional accuracy or his studio tracks where he’s known to experiment with sounds and compositions for days on end, this exploration of deeper, darker sounds seems a logical and natural progression.

Like most DJs, Mikey had a pivotal moment that catapulted him into professional DJing…. While attending a 5000 + event at an outdoor rave with headliners Altern 8, Kevin Saunderson and Moby held just outside Los Angeles in 1991 with his friend and mentor Markem X, one of the local DJs booked to play didn’t show up. The promoter in a panic needed a replacement on the spot. Markem pointed to Mikey and said, “He has his records, he can play!” Just like that, Mikey was then asked to perform for the very first time in front of a huge crowd with the extra-added pressure of being the last DJ to perform before Moby takes the stage. This was indeed a “trial by fire” and Mikey quickly ran to grab his records and make it back to the main stage in time for a 1-hour opening set for Moby.

As Mikey puts it, “I can’t even remember playing my first record, I was so full of adrenaline and sweat was pouring over my eyes, but somehow, I made it through…. the crowd was going crazy and when I finally saw Moby come on stage below me, he gave me the “thumbs up” to fade out my music…I was in another world…It was insane!”

Since that time, Mikey has gone on to play around the world with some of the biggest names in the business from My Digital Enemy, Calvin Harris, Derrick May, Lee Burridge, Danny Howells, Derrick Carter, Jimmy Van M, Pablo Ceballos, Bob Sinclar, Martin Solveig, DJ Garth, Doc Martin, Terry Francis, Diesel from X-Press2, M.A.N.D.Y., Paul Oakenfold, Roger Sanchez, Judge Jules, Sven Vath and many more.

He has completed remixes for Hardcore Lounge and Farrad and is currently working on his own original productions which have been released through top UK House label Zulu Records under the production name of “FREQS” with his studio partner and collaborator DJ Nudisko. You can also find him mixing DJ compilations for world famous brands such as In Bed with Space among others.

Beth Yen has cemented a truly unique and internationally respected musical repertoire. Based between Sydney and Ibiza and a devotee to the house spectrum, Beth’s sonic demeanor from the studio to the likes of Circo Loco, Pacha and Café Del Mar is electric and releasing on No Definition and Heatrøck Records. Residing on the White Isle annually, Beth Yen frequents her house taint at Café Mambo, Amnesia’s Together and guest spots on Pukka Up boat parties. She has captured the world, creating a demand in across Asia, New Zealand, Europe and the UK while tailoring her musical sass at Australia’s most prestigious events for Hermes, Armani Exchange, Palazzo Versace and The Darling with Stevie Wonder.
