Meet Supermini a.k.a Ramon Lopez, one of Spain´s most respected and long-standing DJ /Producers who now calls Sydney home.

A chart-topping proponent within the House Music and “Balearic” scene, global club and festival dancefloors have been heaving to his music for more than 20 years now- no small feat for any artist.

In an industry that’s constantly changing, Ramon’s productions are immediately earmarked as instant classics. Also known in recent years as one half of the Balearic Soul duo, he’s no stranger to success. The duo received huge accolades for their hit club track Babylonia, it featured in singles charts across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and is still a favourite today.

Ramon has performed at many of Europe’s most iconic clubs and events: Space Ibiza, Holland’s Dance Valley Festival, the Greek Islands… and has stayed consistently busy producing originals and remixes for the likes of Tinted Records, Another Rhythm, Defected, Sony, Ministry of Sound, TMRW music, Strictly Rhythm, Stereo Productions, Purple Music, Refuge Aus, …

On the production side of things, the end of 2018 brought for Supermini a U.K. Upfront Club Chart #1 for Crush Club feat. Supermini “We Dance”, released on Tinted Records / Another Rhythm, with the track also peaking at #2 on the U.K.’s Cool Cuts chart , #6 on both the U.K.’s Commercial Pop chart and Australian ARIA Club Chart, continued support on BBC Radio 1 with spins on Annie Mac’s show who crowned it Hottest Record In The World, also on heavy rotation on MistaJam’s Dance Anthems show, and numerous plays by Scott Mills.
Not only in the U.K., We Dance also had massive support from many industry heavyweights worldwide: Purple Disco Machine, David Penn, Gorgon City, The Magician, Oliver Heldens, Sam Feldt, Gregor Salto, Watermät, Roger Sanchez, Mike Mago, Klingande, Michael Calfan, Rudimental, Dimitri From Paris…
We Dance was also included in Defected’s Most Rated 2019 compilation.

The follow up track with Crush Club that has the Supermini remix treatment: “Trust”, released in January with full remix pack in March peaked #2 on the ARIA club chart, #6 in Cool Cuts U.K. and already having support on BBCRadio1 from Annie Mac & Scott Mills. So things are definitely looking promising for “Trust” too.

Starting 2019 with another banger, Supermini’s remix of Tall Heights “The Deep End” Just hit 3 Million Spotify streams after being featured in several countries’ viral charts and the streaming service’s best dance playlists.

It’s easy to see why Supermini is one of the most in-demand House music producers/ remixers of the moment.

So what can we expect from Supermini now?
The next months are already scheduled with several remixes, original singles and collaborations with top artists and record labels from Australia, Europe and the USA, so keep an eye on Supermini as he doesn’t look like stopping this constant flow of amazingly well produced, clever, full of class and heaps fun House Music chart toppers.
